It never hurts to ask

I'm not advocating any one religion or philosophy, but during some of the roughest spots of my life, Buddhist and Taoist principals helped immensly.....not that they provided an "escape route" per say, but they helped me see things in a different light...

I went the crazy pill route myself, but they only made me want to die....of course, taking four times the prescribed amount could have had something to do with that.....

I don't think sex or relationships will be a big help, as most of the sexual relationships I've ever had ADDED to the overload of stress. Don't rely on someone else to make you happy....happiness can only come from within.
