Synopsis: This is a Street Fighter clone but it can't compare to the Street Fighter II games. You can choose difficulty levels 1-8. You can set the timer at 45, 60, or 90 seconds. Or you can disable the timer. You can choose to have 3, 5, 7 or infinite continues.
What hurts this game is that it gives only three fighters to choose from. Not 8-12 fighters like on the Street Fighter II games.
You begin the game by choosing to fight at one of the following stages. West Subway, Sound beach, Pao pao cafe, or Howard arena.
After beating every two fighters, you go to a bonus stage where you kick tires. You fight eight people. You fight Duck King at the West subway. You fight Richard Myer at the Pao pao Cafe. You fight Michael Max at Sound Beach. You fight Tung Fu Rue at Howard arena. You fight Hwa Jai at the Happy park. You fight Raiden at the Dream amusement park. Next you fight Billy Kane at the South town village. Finally you must fight the final fighter. Geese Howard at Geese building.
While watching TV one day, I saw a person who gave a list of things a woman could buy her man that he'd enjoy. Fatal Fury was on that list. Sorry, ladies but I don't think so. Street Fighter II and Street Fighter II Turbo are better games. I give Fatal Fury a 3.
