Synopsis: I bought this game years ago. I also own it for the Atari 5200 and the Sega Genesis. The Atari 2600 Frogger was the worst home version that was made.
You control a frog. You must cross a highway and a lake five times. On the other side of the lake are five nests. You must hop in all five nests to clear a level.
Watch out for traffic when you cross the highway. Hop from log to log when crossing the lake. Don't let your frog ride a log off the screen. If you do, you will lose a life.
This version of Frogger is decent but it doesn't include the arcade's music. The Atari 5200 Frogger doesn't include the music either. I prefer Frogger for the Sega Genesis. It does include the arcade's music.
I give the Atari 2600 Frogger a four.
