Synopsis: I played this arcade game a couple of times about eighteen to twenty years ago. Several months ago I bought this game on an emulator for the PC. Instead of eating dots, you eat other things. You eat apples, bananas, hamburgers, etc. The items that you eat are locked in containers. You must grab keys to unlock the containers. Power pellets and super power pellets are locked in containers also.
When you eat a power pellet, you can temporarily eat the four ghosts. When you eat a super power pellet, you turn big temporarily. While big, you can break into containers with out keys and the ghosts can't harm you.
You also go to bonus screens. There are no ghosts on bonus screens. You must eat everything on the bonus screens in a certain amount of time. On Super Pac-man you can actually go in the ghosts nest.
This was a fun game but I still prefer the original Pac-man. I give Super Pac-man a five.
