Title: Chrono Trigger (3rd Review)
Author:Squaresoft
Rom Player: snes9x
Reviewer: Mobile Suit Homer
Synopsis: Game Play: 10 For obvious reasons. You get to learn tons of skills, and even combine them with your other party members to get even more powerful skills (known as "Techs" in the game). And let's not forget the time travel. You get to go to like six different eras of the planet you live on (which is very similar to Earth), and do all sorts of cool stuff. There's even several mini-quests that let you get a better ending with a huge parade.
Graphics: 8 I'm kind of debating with myself whether or not this game actually deserves a higher rating. I'll risk it and say this category only gets an eight. The graphics are nice, just not so incredibly good that you'll flip out and kill a busload of nuns.
Music: 10 The music, on the other hand, is perfect. Just because there's better music in other games doesn't mean it's not perfect. So there.
Originality: 9 I don't care if another RPG, or even another game in general involves time travel, or even if that game came out first. This game gets a 9, and probably deserves a ten. It's my review, so I'll write what I want.
Overall: 10 What did you think I was going to give it? I'm not going to tell you to play it, because I know you already have. SO PLAY IT AGAIN! Then play Chrono Cross, the sequel.
Best Cheats: Eat garlic and work out to become stronger. No, wait, that's Earthbound.
Game Play: 10
Graphics: 8
Music/Sound: 10
Originality: 9
Overall Rating: 10
