Synopsis: Star Fox is a game about a team of retarded baby animals that die and speak Gibberish to you. You play a young ace pilot by the name of Fox McCloud. This game isn’t much for story, but if you play and SNES game excluding rpgs, you don’t really give a damn.
What is important is the game play! So here we go!
Game Play: This game is a Shooter, though and through! You fly through various levels fighting robotic bats and other badly designed robots that shoot lasers at you while you dodge all of the crap flying at you, then get your wings broken off because it looks cool, thus dooming you to a horrible death of flying into windowless building due to the immense decrease in turning. After wading through hordes of evil baby animal robots, you fight a boss. A boss that will hand your ass the first time through. A silver platter. Overall, the game play is quite solid, excluding the occasional slowdown, earning it a 8.
Graphics: The graphics in this game are pretty good for SNES, but I don’t really give that much of a damn about them, so Ill give it a 8 because of the slowdown.
Music: The music in this game is ok. Not great but its pretty good, but the sound is sub par, due to the crappy ass laser sounds. 7.
Originality: Im not a SNES scholar, so I wont act like I am, but the idea for this game, to me, feels pretty original. 8.
So overall, an 8. I would recommend buying this game, but its free(unless you count wading through tons and tons of EVIL GROSS DISGUSTING hentai as currency)over the internet. So download it. Now.
Best Cheats: I currently do not know any, so find them yourself.
