Title: Violinist of Hameln, The
Author:Enix
Rom Player: ZsnesW
Reviewer: ZeldaDD

Synopsis: Now, before I start, let me say that this is a japanese game, but J2e Translations has translated it, and the included ROM is already patched(i.e. TRANSLATED!) This game starts when a town named Staccato is attacked by monsters. Suddenly, a man, wielding a Bass Guitar he plays like a violin, drives the monsters off. He is, the one, the only, the Legendary Hero Hamel! (and yes, as far as I can tell, he IS the same guy as the one in the fairy tale) The village elder begs him to go defeat their boss. He sets out, but he has one requirement--he enlists the elder's granddaughter, Flute, to be his assistant. In the game, you will find many puzzles, which have interesting solutions. Hamel, who turns out to be quite an a$$ (you can trust me on this one), can throw Flute to break down walls, and can find costumes, that when Flute puts them on, will transform her and allow you to use different abilities. For example, one costume turns her into a hockey-puck like ice shaver that can be thrown and slides around the room (Flute gets pretty ticked off at this if you look at her expression). This game is a fun, light-hearted, platformer with RPG elements. If you don't have a sense of humor, don't play this game. By the way, it is based on the anime of the same name. I've never seen it, but apparently it is starting to gain popularity in the U.S as of recently.

Best Cheats: I don't know of any cheats for it, but, if you go tho http://www.zophar.net and look at their cheat archive, I have just submitted a Zsnes .cht file to their archives.
