Title: Metroid (2nd Review)
Author:Nintendo
Rom Player: Nesticle
Reviewer: fernando corral

Synopsis: Well, what can be said about this game that I'm sure has been said before. Revolutionary, deep, fun, challenging, all words that can be used to describe Samus Aran's first adventure (and sequels).Metroid was one of the first games to have a non-linear based level structure preceding games like Castlevania 2:Simon's Quest and The Legend of Zelda. The game has great innovations in terms of gameplay such as the main character learning new abilities to reach new areas, such as the ball action. The graphics were pretty good at the time, but then again I was about 7 years old when it came out, so my judgment wasn't as nitpicky as it is today. The sound was dead on for creating an atmosphere for a space station(the music in the laboratory segments is excellent and very nostalgic). The controls are as good as it gets with two action buttons, the whole game is pretty long, and the game just plain rocks! Go out and buy it or download the rom today!

Best Cheats: Beating the game in under 45 minutes will give the best ending.
