Synopsis: This was probably one of the most successful game franchises ever. I mean who hasn't heard of any of the Street Fighter games by now? Street Fighter 2 would go on to numerous sequels, a cartoon, action figures, a movie, and would inspire countless other imitators. This game basically invented the fighting genre and was probably the reason to own a Super Nintendo when it first came out. The graphics were pretty close to the original arcade game with maybe a couple background details missing but nothing major and the music was close enough. The moves took time to learn which may have turned off a few fans but magazines were chock full of strategy guides for it.
