Synopsis: When I was a wee lad, I used to go to the beaches during the summer with the family. I always hated the beaches. Why? Because why should I go play in the water when I could go to one of the nearby Piers that had an arcade in them!? The game I remember playing more than any other game in those pier arcades in the summer was none other than Yie Ar Kung Fu.
A classic fighting game, 1 on 1 style. You play this tough little kung fu guy and you have matches against different bosses. There's the big guy who looks like buddha who flies at you. There's the guy with Nun Chukas (sp) who can bash your head in. There's the ninja with the throwing stars and many more. Furthermore you can jump like 80 feet in the air across the screen like the guys in all the old kung fu movies. You've gotta be pretty quick with the combos in this one or you'll get destroyed. It's a real fun game, what else can I say? Give it a shot if you've never played this classic!
