Title: WWF Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game

Synopsis: This one was a huge let down. When I first played this game, I was expecting it to be like WWF RAW, released shortly before. WRONG! What we had here was basically your one guy taking on two or three opponents at a time, except for in the two player head to head match. Gameplay itself was pretty cheap. What else was idiotic was watching your wrestler beat cartoon fishes, anvils, or whatever other cartoon crap out of an opponent and doing moves that have nothing to do with a wrestling game. Maybe they went overboard on the comedy side to market this thing to kids or something, but it did very little for the older crowd. All in all a very forgettable game.
Graphics- The one upside to this thing was the graphics. The wrestlers were digitized in a fashion similar to Mortal Kombat. In that respect, it almost looked like watching a real life TV show.
Sound- Geez this was awful. As if listening to one guy screech "Pin him! Pin him!" over and over again like he was on helium and the other guy saying retarded stuff like "Who does he think he is?" wasn't enough to test your sanity, you also get to listen to music that sounds more and more like somebody farting.
Overall I'd say avoid this game like the clap folks. You could probably pick this one up at Funco nice and cheap. But I'd say go to the liquor store and buy the cheapest booze you can find. A hangover is more fun than this game.
