Synopsis: Ahh yes, Ren & Stimpy, always was and will always be my all-time favorite cartoon. It's pretty amazing how Sega picked up on the R&S franchise and turned it into a very likeable game. For starters, the graphics were the best for any console back in the day. It captured the cartoon feel from the show and the animation frames were excellent.
And yes fans, you can rejoice yet again since you'll have the ability to play both protagonists of the cartoon, whoever you may like. Another plus: certainly Stimpy's Invention is one of the best side-scrollers for Genesis. My only complaint for this game is you'll finish the game in no time, probably within a half an hour or so. But it doesn't matter, everything else will bring your mind off of how short of a game this really is.
Hands down, this game is for you if you've been a follower of Ren & Stimpy (like I have). I just enjoy controlling Ren so he can use Stimpy as a "hair-ball" machine gun.
