kid at work says the boss was harassing him and fired him for no reason.

claims he is going to get the union to back him up and get the boss in trouble, and if not he will get legal help--and has already talked to a lawyer.

keep in mind he worked less than 20 hours a week at something like $6.50 an hour and was just barely off his 90-day period.

the boss approached him one day and said since he wasn't working (was too busy talking to fellow employees), he was getting a week's suspension. kid says "well then i quit," and now expects that he can get some legal recourse.

dude, you quit. you voluntarily terminated your employment. even if the boss had been in the wrong, you gave up any rights you had when you quit.

They could probably settle out of court for an Xbox 360 game and a Family Guy season 6 DVD.

We're down to only one Indiana Jones DVD!

Two got sold, another was stolen by an employee and I looked the other way because that's what I do.

NEXT TIME I'LL CALL THE "I CARE" TIP LINE!
