SPACE HULK.

I bought this on Friday, played my friend today, it's awesome. God damn expensive though.
I love boardgames and this is one of the best that I have played. The pieces look fantastic, and it's quite in depth.
Anyone else seen it, interested in it, or played the original?

I haven't been much of a fan of GW lately. They got rid of nearly all the stores in MA, and they converted their US website from a nice community website to just a store.

Games Workshop is a rip off. You pay 40 bucks to get three or four dollars worth of plastic miniatures.

Most things are a rip off. Nike sells you three or four dollars worth of plastic and rubber for over a hundred dollars. Anyway, it's a hobby, it's what you do with the cheap pile of plastic. I'm not defending Games Workshop, I'm just saying that all toy companies are the same.

My friend got it and I played with him. It's got simple play and solid rules. Honestly, it's freakin' amazing.

I own the original board game. The paint on my pieces looks like shit these days though and I have no one to play with. :(

Painting these things seems like it's god damn impossible. I'd like to, but I don't think I have the time or the skill. Post some pictures of your old ones if you want.

If you get some fine tipped brushes its really not as hard to paint them as you might think. It does take all freaking day though. :( Ill see about digging it out tonight and take some pictures but like I said they look like shit these days.
