There seems to be a lot of 90's classics being brought back to life these days. I loved the first Carmageddon as a kid. I hate driving games and Carmageddon showed me that driving can be fun. You just need to add a ton of gore and throw all the rules out the window. The sequels were kinda crappy, so I really didn't play them all that much.

Still, looking forward to this new sequel, or remake, or whatever the hell this is.

Been a big fan of this series and it'll be interesting to see what the team can do with it. None of the carmageddon games were "good" games, but all of them were fun despite their glaring flaws. I don't really have faith in Stainless to put together a fantastic title that would actually revive the brand, and the fact that they're only looking to release digitally confirms that sentiment for me.

I agree with everything in this thread. I'd probably pick it up for 30-40 bucks. I loved the replays as a kid.
