Im with Hydralisk... If you are retarded enough to cut off your own air supply, you got it coming. Here in America we were all up in arms about the choking game. Not that Im for that or anything but at least if you passed out your arms would fall and you should start breathing again. This is just natural selection. Damn kids need to just go smoke some pot.
