Stories For The Bored

The Planet

  • A story-type thing written by:
-Roger Barr (the one with the sloppy handwriting)
-Andrew Westerhouse (not a pen name)

*This story was originally written as part of a printed periodical known as Visionary Darkness. It was released into a local music store until it was banned due to people sitting on their floor and spending hours just reading the entire thing! First you will be presented with the challenge to read the story, then if you accept it, you will embark on a journey few have ever dared to go on. And even fewer have returned from! muahahahahahaha!

The Challenge:
This is a story with numerous in depth sub-plots, symbolism, substantiated historical relevance, and various unintentional product advertisements.

*Your mission (should you choose to accept it): complete reading the ENTIRE story word for word in one sitting. This copy is not for re-sale, rental, theft, borrowing, etc... However there is a 10¢ per day late fee if taken! If you actually do finish, you'll get an incredible prize, compliments of Visionary Darkness, and the Better Business Bureau. You'll even get to meet the authors, two intellectual geniuses of the Visionary Darkness staff. Well, you've got a lot of reading to do, so quit dilly dallying and start the god damned story. Good luck!...

(NOTE: You may find yourself more motivated to accept the challenge if you play the theme to "Mission Impossible" in the background.)

(NOTE #2: You probably won't get to meet the authors or get any real prizes since this offer was only valid for the printed version. However, you will have the respect of all of your comrades, for they will admire your undying persistence that lead you all the way to the end of this massive tale!)
