J.J. Cale's music is perfect for crusin'. His style is so laid back and groovy, its perfect for road trips. When embarking on a rightious journey you can't beat steppenwolf or Deep Purple. wasn't there already a thread like this? |

I never hit the road without Faith No More's Angel Dust. That's my favorite road trip CD. Clutch, Opeth, Barkmarket, and Poe have also been in the car CD player a lot lately. |

When I go to work it's usually London Calling or Sandinista! If not then Strictly Commercial When I go upstate or just feel like riding around the beach is usually Mutations, Odelay, or Midnight Vultures When I wanna freak people out by making my car sound like it's about to explode, i put on anything by Big Black or Shellac |

| Royal Tenenbaum | Depends on the mood... if I want some rock usually old school Rolling Stones or Pixies and if I need some chill out music I usually roll on some Beach Boys or Elliott Smith. It changes all the time anyway. |

Driving music Discuss music you like to listen to while driving Personally, "what is love" is my favorite because everyone always knows to do the head thing from a night at the roxbury. |
