re: yes, i was a friend of his. he also ran cephia's treat records, and we had been talking a lot about putting out some dvd-r's together. my band was also about to be doing a string of shows with his band. it's fucking sickening to think that some clueless idiot managed to do that to one of the most genuinely sweet and positive dudes i've ever known. i'm racist, i'll admit. i avoid your "average" black person when i can. i do have a few black friends, of course. it's just that, at least around here, there's so little to like. it's not genetic. maybe it's terrible parenting. maybe it's what happens when an entire race is expected to act that way by the rest of the world. i don't know. i'm currently just very upset about ian. |

i didn't know the band, but it's a sad story. were you a friend of his? you shouldn't hate a race, though. i mean, definitely, fuck the world and all the fucking little gangster shits with guns. but, it's uneducated trash that cause all the shit to happen. thugs come in any race. |
