Drev Our college can't celebrate Chanukah because it offends Nazis.

The One and Only... You could always dress up like a beggar and ask for food stamps.

Leave it to the self-proclaimed intellectual to not figure out that anyone who can't afford to buy a costume from a store can probably still make a much better one more cheaply at home, thus making lack of money an awfully stupid reason for any child to miss out on Halloween.

And if the issue of poverty concerns you, maybe you should take that money you're planning to spend on a new bong or a bottle of absinthe and, I dunno, give it to someone who needs it?

Emu What about the Muslims who take the whole month off? [i]HUH[i/]?

davinxtk David, you're so wrong you spelled Protestant incorrectly.

And fucking Christ, school can do away with Halloween when every single kid who says "you're a fag" or "that's gay" buys themself a three-day suspension. Political correctness doesn't lead to a happier world, it leads to widespread hypocrisy and further reason for the homo with the pentagram to get his ass kicked after school.

It's one thing to actively hate on people because they're Wiccan.
It's quite another thing to dress up as a witch for Halloween.

What's next, are they going to cancel winter vacation because it never fully aligns with Chanukah? I mean, Kwanzaa's covered, so we don't have to worry about those people, but greedy jews are bound to start complaining sooner or later.

DamnthatDavid I was told that Halloween was created by the Protastants to mock the Catholics.

And kahl, if you mean the real holiday, it's the day after Halloween. DÃ*a de los Muertos, if you will. I don't know what's actually considered evil.

Oct 25th, 2004 11:49 PM
ArrowX lol

I just want to see a fucking Wiccan trying to cast some faggy spell on me. I'd puch him/her in the face then scream flippendo while kicking them in the troat.

Burger Lord What the fuck? are they afraid the "real" witches will put curses on them if they pretend on Halloween? So does that mean we won't have thanksgiving because it offends fat poeple? St. Patricks day because of the Irish?
Oct 25th, 2004 09:56 PM
Perndog Note: they were Wiccan community members, not Wiccan parents or children. You think a little kid calling her(him)self a witch and meaning it would survive in a public elementary school?

And...

FS It's all fun and games until someone gets offended.
