KevinTheOmnivore Where in that quoted text does it state that God punished New Orleans for its gay community?

You guys also know that Franklin Graham in particular has called on every Church in the country to put up or shut up by taking on a displaced family, right? His family has converted their own property for a family from Louisiana.
