http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/218160 This one isn't about Batman, this is X-men. But it's still about comic book charicters dieing and coming back. |

| ZeldaQueen | Yeah, but someone else in the regular time. Not some future time when genetic splicing is considered a trend. | |

And true dat, true dat. Probably someone will stumble into his secret lair and conviniently find his costume. |

| Pub Lover | Isn't that exactly what happened when Bane killed him that one time and Azrael became a nutzo robot bat? | |

That would actually be really interesting and would make sense. They would need to have a few pages of him going crazy though. |

They could make it that he: *Did not actually die, but somehow limped out and had to heal. *Survived but lost his memory. *Did die, but comes back to life through some weird magic/science/ritual. *Wasn't actually killed (it was a clone or robot). *The "death" was a hallucination or trick of some sort. |

I read that as Dan Dildo. but really, if they did kill off Batman, they could easily reverse it, maybe with some kind of robotic bat-Doppleganger. |

| ZeldaQueen | They actually did kill off Superman once. Needless to say, it was reversed somehow. | |

Oh man, I have been hearing about this for a while now. The local comic book store had a flyer in the window about it. And the patrons were having heated discussions when we walked inside. "Could it be true? No, he's just in limbo, man." Just a way to get us tools to buy more stuff, I'm sure. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comic_book_death To quote (loosely) a character from "Agents of HATE", Superheros come back to life more than Jesus. |

Batman Not Killed Off In Comic 28 November 2008 8:02 AM, PST D.C. Comics bosses have dismissed rumours Batman is to be killed off in their popular comic book, insisting reports of the crime-fighting superhero's demise have been blown out of proportion. Rumours the Caped Crusader would meet a grisly end began circulating the internet earlier this week (begs24Nov08) after D.C. Comics executives announced the latest strip would be titled, Batman, R.I.P.: Conclusion. But while the story ends on a cliffhanger, executive editor Dan Didio insists Batman will return. Didio tells the New York Daily News, "He's not dead, though he'll definitely be gone for a while. "Batman and (alter ego) Bruce Wayne have been here long before me, and they'll be around long after me." |

I'm pretty sure it's just some plot twist where everyone thinks Bruce is dead and eventually he makes an epic return. Seriously, would DC kill Bruce Wayne? Wouldn't bet on that. |
