re: Vintage Violence and Paris 1919 are definitely his two best. I prefer them to most Velvet Underground, in fact. |

| Royal Tenenbaum | I just got Paris 1919 and it's awesome. You should definitely check it out if you like his more melodic work. |

| Royal Tenenbaum | Not his solo stuff, which I don't know, but I am a huge fan of his work with VU, particularly WL/WH. |

John Cale Anyone a fan? I downloaded vintage violence and I am digging it quite a bit. I may discover he rivals Reed for post-Velvet solo stuff. Perhpas, but that'd be tough. |
