... and Orphaned Land's al Norra alila is, in turn, better than their previous releases. I hope that on the upcoming "Mabool" they really go out on an ethno-metal kick. More ouds, please! I still champion "The Silent Enigma" to this day- it has the heaviness of S/Cf and P3, but also the dreaminess of the later material. Just about the best 'wistful late summer's evening' music, if you ask me. I don't know how I forgot the likes of Saturnus and Silent Stream of Godless Elegy from a doom/death list! |
