McClain | Nile shouldn't be allowed to play anywhere. I don't even know who they are. FUCK YOU!

Delaware is ugly as shit, dude. Nile did a show once where they drove 16 hours from North Carolina to the middle of Wisconsin, and only got to play for 20 minutes. Is that a kick in the fucking balls, or what? |

That's too bad your experience was ruined. Going to see a band like Radiohead would get me pretty excited. I lived in Laurel for about seven months. It was pretty lame. I didn't know what to make of Baltimore. Annapolis was pretty, though. Quote:

Supafly345 | That was simply beautiful. And the best part is, most everyone can relate to crappy expiriences on long trips to concerts. I mean, not that my 12 hour wait for The Who in 102 degree weather wasn't worth it...

The truth is often funnier than anything you or I could make up, so that's why I threw it in there. ![]() |

Not one of my strongest pieces, I'll admit. But I hope you guys enjoy it just the same. Good picture you found for it, Rog. And the "note" you added at the end...I thought normally we were supposed to make up something silly, but that one is true. |

We've gone only about a state away for bands, but saw Green Day in B-Mo (B-Mo arena), Rolling Stones & Bob Dylan & Paul Simon in Pennsylvania (Hershey Park), and ~*Oasis*~ in Virginia (Nissan Pavilion), to name a few big ones :< As for people I've seen at Merriweather than I can remember: The Allman Brothers & Metallica. But I've been there at least twice before for other homos. ARE YOU IMPRESSED |

Hey, I just displayed the article, I didn't write it. ![]() I wouldn't drive to Maryland for a band like Radiohead anyway. Hell, I wouldn't drive down the street for them. :/ |

"MARYLAND MUST DIE" by Protoclown It's a longer read than the usual Visionary Darkness pieces, but I still think you'll enjoy it. And due to his lack of an internet connection from home, Proto was unable to get any "purty piktures" to include in the piece. Anyway, enjoy reading about his misery in Maryland. ![]() "MARYLAND MUST DIE" by Protoclown http://www.I-Mockery.com/Visionary/maryland.asp z0nk. -RoG- |
