| macgruder | It was a great movie. Not "Oscar great" but "fun great". I think the Rock is gonna be a good action star. Lets hope Spy Hunter doesnt ruin him. |

| Big Papa Goat | Two of my friends went to see this instead of Freddy vs Jason at the cheap theater. I doubt very much that it was 7$ better than Freddy vs Jason. And ya, I know I probably should have seen FvJ sooner, but I don't watch anything in regular theaters anymore. |

It really does look like a pretty good movie, but it was a damn bad time to release it, it seems. It was number one at the box office, but didn't come away with much, as far as a big action movie with a big star in it. It seems like The Rock's novelty has worn off, so no rabid WWE fans are going to see him. That's not to say that he's a bad actor or anything in the least. I'm just saying that after The Mummy Returns and The Scorpion King, perhaps people became wary of paying out just to see Rock in a movie. But those two films paid out on their release. Just seems kind of weird for this movie to get such a quiet response. But like I said, I blame the time of release. A month earlier would have worked out better. |

Definitely a good vehicle for the Rock. Even better than the Scorpion King. Also, it has some classic Walken in it as well. The story about the tooth fairy was priceless. |

Rundown I loved it. One of the most fun action movies I've seen in a long time. Definately worth a theater priced movie. |
