hmm The band all got out unscathed but you know those emergency exits that you are on about? Well you need to see the lights to find them and if there are no lights and its dark how the hell can you find the door? Its tragic and a classic example of crap health and safety. |

Yeah, but the problem is, everybody always automatically assumes the cattle like mentality because of the situation. When you are caught in a situation like that with Great White trying to burn you, here are your options: a. If it stay and wait, I'll have a greater chance of Great white setting me on fire. b. I can leave out that door I see And considering when people's lives are at stake, that's pretty much the extent of the thought process |

This is true. And I agree that nightclubs aren't where you would expect to find some smart people with leadership skills, but the most important thing in a situation such as that would be to cooperate and keep a cool head. I don't see how 2 dozen people can simply get "stuck" in a frickin doorway. Couldn't they have just went out two at a time? And few people used emergency exits. What does that tell you about the intellectual caliber of said people? |
