| Helm | If you want to be totally honest with someone, then he should see the full extent of your character. So yes, you fail if you thought of something that applied to a situation at hand and you, for diplomatic reasons didn't say it. It's difficult to not be easy. | |

The Christmas present was an example, you douche. Don't make me go get Dutchy to kick your ass. I'm just saying, if you want to be completely honest with someone, does that mean that not sharing secrets with them is considered lying? |

Why are you even asking this, James? Do you enjoy going out and hurting other people's feelings just so you can say you have some piece of mind about something as insignificant as a Christmas present? Sheesh. |

OK, let me put it this way. Say someone got you a Christmas present, and you didn't like it. But you never told them you didn't like it. They never asked if you did like or anything, so you never came out and said you did or didn't like it. Is it wrong to keep it to yourself? |

| FartinMowler | If you have a soul and feel remorse or guilt about not telling someone I think its the same thing as lying. | |

| James | If anything, it belongs in the Philosophy forum. Only reason I put it here, was because I didn't want to deal with Vince, if he's even still about. | |
