Like, let's say you kicked someone's dog, and you don't say anything at all. Now, lying would be saying you didn't, if it was brought up. But is it lying if you just keep it to yourself, and they never even knew you kicked their dog?
it's hilarious :/

Evil Robot It's funny because I was just thinking that somebody was going to say that. But it is a really good solution to various problems.

James The Christmas present was an example, you douche. Don't make me go get Dutchy to kick your ass.

I'm just saying, if you want to be completely honest with someone, does that mean that not sharing secrets with them is considered lying?
Dec 23rd, 2003 09:16 PM
AChimp Why are you even asking this, James? Do you enjoy going out and hurting other people's feelings just so you can say you have some piece of mind about something as insignificant as a Christmas present?

Sheesh.

Is it wrong to keep it to yourself?

AChimp If it counts for anything, I think this belongs in the Loveline forum, too.

FartinMowler If you have a soul and feel remorse or guilt about not telling someone I think its the same thing as lying.
Dec 23rd, 2003 04:55 PM
James If anything, it belongs in the Philosophy forum. Only reason I put it here, was because I didn't want to deal with Vince, if he's even still about.
