Mr. Vagiclean So instead of pulling out a sawed-off shotgun in the crowded metropolitan mall, you will have to resort to pulling out a .45 because the number of dead bodies in the first half just couldn't push you farther enough
Jan 12th, 2004 12:26 AM
MLE exactly
Jan 11th, 2004 11:23 PM
ScruU2wice statistically audiences are less likely to go out and commit heinous acts of murder if they see half the dead bodies in the span of a few hours...
Jan 11th, 2004 09:41 AM
MLE number of bodies in each film.
Jan 11th, 2004 08:11 AM
Krythor I don't understand that rating system at all. Could someone explain how splitting it into two movies makes two R-rated movies instead of one or two x-rated films? It just doesn't make sense to me if they're not actually losing any material.

Jixby Phillips KILL BILL IS A VIDEO NASTY
Jan 10th, 2004 09:32 PM
ziggytrix I didn't know you could earn an X rating for violence...
Jan 10th, 2004 08:07 PM
MLE the reason they had to split it up is because the rating system is based on amount of sex, amound ot blood shown, and number of bodies.

together, it would have been rated X for violence.

Once they split it up, it made two R rated movies.

Zbu Manowar Hey, can everybody say 'shitfest?' Good, I knew you could....

And what is so criminal about releasing the whole movie to DVD at once? Wasn't the purpose of cutting it in two to shove in more showings at the theater? Why bother doing that on DVD? What, people don't know how to use the pause and stop buttons anymore? Give me a break!

Drev no....

Kill Bill was supposed to be one movie, but it was split up into two volumes.
