Bobo Adobo Nice pics... but why do you string bass like a guitar?

glowbelly proofing your own work will make your writing skills stronger.

i like the tea kettle picture because i like reflection images.

i took a similar one with sunglasses:

the guitar pic is cool, but i would reshoot it without all the mess on the floor. if you can adjust your aperture to create a shallower depth of field, do so. k? k.

FartinMowler 1. you have a nice aunt and uncle

2.the cybershot is ok for me (not as nice as yours)

3. I actually moved to Toronto and apprenticed at my uncles Graphics house. I met my wife there. I was in charge of a Giant enlarger for making stats. before computers all the type had to be shot like a picture and developed and then cut and pasted (lots of work) I used to have a pretty good portfolio but I gave away alot of pics that I did. The recession hit Ontario and I took a business course instead of graphics at a local community college I do run my own business (landscaping) though and do fairly well.

I did ask someone if they had time to proof my story but I didn't get a reply. I have spent years working in the trades and my writing skill have turned to garbage

Harsh? life is harsh and there are a million kids taking graphics and all have the same dream as you.

glowbelly it is a nice camera. i have a nice aunt and uncle who helped me purchase it and i saved some money of my own to get a better package with some nice glass and accessories, etc...

is the cybershot a pos? do you get to mess with any controls? and how much do you know about photography?

as for your stories, i can only say one thing...

the ideas? not so bad. the writing? terrible. at the very least, before you post something check for mispellings/typos and wrong usage of words. i don't care if this is a message board, not a spelling contest. if you want people to seriously consider your work, you need to make it presentable.

hope that wasn't too harsh.

mowler THanks Ms.Belly I know... I just forget to turn it off because the wifey likes to see the date when I take pics of the kids. I bought a sony cyber-shot with 5.0 mega pixels. I picked this one over the others because I can make video's with sound and the guy threw in a 128 mb memory stick and I can make movies that go as long as the memory stick. I liked an olympus and canon but I think there movies where limited to 3 minutes. I've taken some nice pics of the kids but I won't post them... :/

Wow that is a nice camera but alas I am but a poor common worker and this is not my destiny

glowbelly not bad.

may i suggest removing the date stamp from your pictures? it really takes away from them.

what kind of camera did you get?

i just got a canon 10d dSLR and i lurve it bunches and bunches.

mowler Here is a picture I did with my Digital camera...I'm trying to get used to this new technology (I bought the biggest pixel (5) and it does little video's that I would like to learn how to post them on the net.

My mixed media stuff

I like to write short stories and write my own music and photograpy and this will be the place I will post it.

I play bass and make up my own songs.

http://www.soundclick.com/updateband...Updated=942162

I write stories that no one reads http://www.i-mockery.net/viewtopic.php?t=9893

And I have been doing photography for 20 years for fun that I will post pic's once in a while (I did the Jack drawing for a band)
