proofing your own work will make your writing skills stronger. i like the tea kettle picture because i like reflection images. i took a similar one with sunglasses: ![]() the guitar pic is cool, but i would reshoot it without all the mess on the floor. if you can adjust your aperture to create a shallower depth of field, do so. k? k. |

1. you have a nice aunt and uncle 2.the cybershot is ok for me (not as nice as yours) 3. I actually moved to Toronto and apprenticed at my uncles Graphics house. I met my wife there. I was in charge of a Giant enlarger for making stats. before computers all the type had to be shot like a picture and developed and then cut and pasted (lots of work) I used to have a pretty good portfolio but I gave away alot of pics that I did. The recession hit Ontario and I took a business course instead of graphics at a local community college ![]() I did ask someone if they had time to proof my story but I didn't get a reply. I have spent years working in the trades and my writing skill have turned to garbage ![]() Harsh? life is harsh and there are a million kids taking graphics and all have the same dream as you. |

it is a nice camera. i have a nice aunt and uncle who helped me purchase it and i saved some money of my own to get a better package with some nice glass and accessories, etc... is the cybershot a pos? do you get to mess with any controls? and how much do you know about photography? as for your stories, i can only say one thing... the ideas? not so bad. the writing? terrible. at the very least, before you post something check for mispellings/typos and wrong usage of words. i don't care if this is a message board, not a spelling contest. if you want people to seriously consider your work, you need to make it presentable. hope that wasn't too harsh. |
