Alive | As long as the other party aknowledges that there was indeed a verbal agreement made if they dont remember making a verbal agreement with you (or denies it ever happened) it will just turn into a "there word againsted yours" |

punkgirlie and any other lawyer type how much weight is given to verbal agreements in a court of law? as in we made a verbal agreement to pay a gas bill and now we aren't or as in they made a verbal agreement to sell us a house and pulled the deal off the table less than 24 hours before we were going to sign the papers ?? |
