It's fucked up that Cheney and Bush are sponsoring that. :/ How can you respect an politician that pretty much tells the other politician not to run, not matter what party? I think Kerry is an asswhole. But even when he met Nader, he actually supported him, despite the constant bitching from dumass liberals. |

Perndog | I've never been in or been in contact with a politically active group. This kind of assholery is foreign to me, and it still disgusts me, even if it's a common thing. | |

Dude, it happens all the time, it just doesn't get press coverage. It isn't so much a protest as it is organized heckling. Please don't pretend that any other politcally active group is completly above it. |

You should all become Canadians. Our elections only last one month. The politicians just filibuster and then we all vote. End of story. ![]() |

Update: Kerry is coming to the Twin Cities soon and my roommate is participating in a Bush/Cheney-sponsored PROTEST against his visit. Seriously. A bunch of Republicans with signs are going to go bitch at Kerry for showing up in town or one of those overblown Vietnam things or for just having the audacity to run against Bush. Since when are campaign visits fucking PROTESTED?! What kind of asshole participates in this kind of thing? What kind of insane loser *organizes* something like this. Unreal. |

Weird.. My roommate (who is gone for the weekend) got two calls from the St. Paul Bush-Cheney headquarters this week. Should this worry me? |
