following the isis vein - 5ive, switchblade, the ocean (although they are a bit mellower), pelican, old man gloom, examination of the. neurosis as well, although i dont know what the hell is going on with them recently. theyre sounding more and more like swans with every album. i dont listen to metalcore that much but i like cattle press, they remind me of mastodon. mastodon still win though. Ninjavenom | All i've gotten a chance to hear yet are Skycamefalling and Paint it Black, and i think i like the latter much better than the former. At the current time, anyway. Now i'm trying to find anything by Kanvas or Street Trash, with Shockwave, Endthisday, Pg. 99, Mental, and Prayer for Cleansing on the way. w00t :O |

Ninjavenom | I've got all of Isis' stuff (gimme a little credit) and Mastodon's LP and EP. I've also got Deadguy's "I Know Your Tragedy". I don't think any of those entertain me as much as Kill You For a Dollar, though. Perhaps Everything and Dole's suggestions might ;o |

Best hardcore/metalcore bands in the friggin' universe I nominate Nora and Zao. But this is a suggestion thread, so i want to hear one suggestion from everyone of someone who could kick either band's ass at being too awesome. :o please :o p.s. i know Zao are christ nerds and i don't fucking care, Where Blood And Fire Bring Rest is too awesome |
