For the board it's every 48 hours actually.  That's what I like about Fastclick, they don't force you to blitz users with ads on every page you visit.

Hey, the man's gotta make money somehow. God forbid he WORK for it.  If they're that bothersome, though try Panicware Pop-Up Killer. It's small, efficient, and runs quietly in the background. It's so small that the only actual window that the prgram uses is to install it.
