"eBay have advised me that the current bid may not be genuine. I think 300 grand to go to the wedding of someone you've never met is pretty resonable, but they've advised me to do the pre-approved bidders thing. So sorry kids, but could bidders kindly email me and get pre-approved. Not my idea. promise. good luck."

i bet the ppl bidding are the ones in charge of the wedding and they're trying to screw it up so the guy has to go

The guy was probably expecting the bid to go no higher than fourty squiggly 'L's, since the starting bid was only twenty. I'm wondering if the guy is already spending all the money in his head, even though he knows he'll never get it (kinda like how when I play the lotto)

I would buy the 10 million pound (that is what that squiggly 'L' is, right?) invitations, but then to pay for tickets to fly over there.... and to buy a wedding gift. Not to mention all the alcohol I would have to purchase to score me a bride's maid.

No, I think I'll pass on that item.
