MetalMilitia Fan silencers? the ones that reduce the power to the fans?
they are ok but your temperatures will go up :/

In regards to watercooling i think its only worthwile if you plan to overclock your system (CPU, GFX, mabey a northbridge waterblock).
If you just want to lower the noise of your computer a few replacement/ better fans should do that. Zalman so a range of silent cooling solutions you might want to check out. Idealy you would want a few 120mm fans instad of 80mm.

Goldensoldier I currently have enough fans, too god dam loud... I think im just going to buy fan silincers...there cheap and i hope they work.

FartinMowler Don't waste your money. Add two extra fans :/ or turn down the temp in your house.
