I told you to try fixing it by clicking Repair Table and Optimize Table in phpMyAdmin. If that's not letting you do it, then something is fucked with the database.

Actually the board going down wasn't because of the worm that's going around. They just migrated it to another server apparently so that it'll go down less. Let's hope so. :o
