Zbu Manowar Oh, can we give it a rest? Owen Hart died a very long time ago and while it was tragic, a reference to it regarding the oddly named King Slender isn't the fucking end of the world. Instead of attacking Dr. Boogie about the tragedy, how about attacking the fucking WWE and their stupid attempts to jack up ratings by hanging people from the fucking ceiling? They're wrestlers, not birds. I don't see how a minimock that rightfully makes fun out of a tragedy borne from utter and complete stupidity is wrong within itself.

That sad, it was damn funny.

Supafly345 This news of suggested referances in mini-mocks is very disturbing to me.

Subject: Latest mock

Hi, Long time reader, first time complainer...

I've been a huge fan of the site for a long time, and haven't yet had anything to make me want to quarrel with the quality of the site, but I think your last mock on the NES pro-wrestling characters crossed a line. It's pretty clear that the death of character "King Slender" is based on the real life death of WWE wrestler Owen Hart.

For the most part, I thought the mock wa an amusing take on one of my favourite NES classics, until that particular part of it. I might be wrong, and it might be entirely coincidental, but I doubt it. I just feel that the death of Owen Hart was an absolute tragedy that should never have happened and robbed every wrestling fan of one of the industries most beloved talents and his wife and daughter of a loving father - and as such not an event to be mocked.

I'm not one of these "remove this or I'll never read again and petition against you blah blah blah..." guys, and would never do either, (hell, if I stopped reading the site at work, I might actually have to... work!). However, I do think it is unreasonably offensive and maybe you should choose what to mock with some more sensitivity.

Now that's off my chest I already feel better - oh, and did The Amazon ever sue Blanka from SF2 for stealing his head biting bit?

Many thanks
