AChimp That seriously ruled.

Supafly345 Scarecrow was more of weiner than a supervillian. Sure, his character is supposed to be a wiener, but I wouldn't call him pretty damn sweet. More of a nice touch.

By the way: http://www.daveschool.com/projects/B...ANTRAILER.html

N00bKill3R Scarecrow is actually pretty light in the movie, although his parts are pretty damn sweet... he's actually more of the secondary villian.

Zomboid Yeah, bane didn't even talk. He was just a henchman for poison ivy which was fucking ridiculous.
Jun 30th, 2005 06:14 PM
noob3 yeah, hamill would be the best joker by far! i havn't seen this movie yet, but i want to really bad now. hamill's voice is who i think of when i think joker. when i even see or read joker i'm hearing hamill's voice in my head. he fucking IS the joker, mother fuckers

he's kind of old though. but i guess he wouldnt be seen without the makeup. come on, come on, come on hamill joker!

does the scarecrow play a big part in the movie? he's my fav villain, up there with bane and clayface :o bane sucked in one of the shitty batman movies i dont know which but he SUCKED. the one with mr freeze and poison ivy. what the hell

ItalianStereotype but hamill has the voice and the laugh. they could clownify him easily, but the voice and the laugh is too hard to fake.

Geggy Ironically I googled Crispin Glover and found this...

Jun 23rd, 2005 11:10 PM
doopa the better not fuck up the joker

bale is the best bruce wayne
Jun 22nd, 2005 10:40 AM
Geggy I heard Crispin Glover is another possible choice for the joker role. I probably can see him as the joker if he gets hooked up with lots and lots of laughing gas.

I used to think Jim Carrey would also make a good joker but they've already wasted him away as the Riddler in Batman and Robin, ugh!

HickMan NERDS

Spectre X I thought microwaves had to bounce around a lot more in order to be effective, instead of just passing through a human once and never returning.
Jun 20th, 2005 04:02 AM
Sethomas Well, microwaves act by being in phase with the vibrations of molecules. Blood plasma is a mixture of water, salt and blood cells, the water molecules not being bonded to anything and so have the same vibration frequency as distilled water. Same with the vitreus humor of the eyes.

Microwave ovens work because organic matter contains large amounts of water in them. A perfectly dry substance wouldn't heat up in a microwave.

You're making me think too much. The movie was still damn good.
Jun 20th, 2005 03:49 AM
Immortal Goat Me not being a physicist, I probably sound like a retard when I ask this, but would it not be possible that, since blood is a thicker substance than water, that the microwaves were not strong enough to vaborize blood, but just strong enough to vaporize water?
Jun 20th, 2005 03:19 AM
Sethomas I loved the movie. Just the physicist in me made me think that a microwave gun to vaporize the water supply would induce more boiling blood and exploding eyeballs for people to really care about their hallucinations.

Immortal Goat HOLY SHIT MY REVIEW MADE THE FRONT PAGE!
Jun 20th, 2005 01:58 AM
DeadKennedys This movie completely, utterly blew my fucking mind.

My favorite part had to be when
Quote:
the kid was freaking out after the mind gas went out, and the girl said "Don't worry, no one will hurt you" and then the scarecrow rides up on his fucking nightmare and howls "OF COURSE THEY WILL!!!"
Jun 20th, 2005 12:54 AM
HickMan I've also heard that. I've also heard that Sean Astin (sp) was also another choice. But I can't really see that.
Jun 20th, 2005 12:05 AM
Rongi that's got to be a rumor
Jun 19th, 2005 11:59 PM
ItalianStereotype ah, but I heard four. I also heard that mark hamill is the front runner to play the joker in the next one ;o
Jun 19th, 2005 11:22 PM
HickMan Yessir. I heard that Bale is signed up for at least two more sequels, also.
Jun 19th, 2005 11:09 PM
Rongi is nolan planning on making a sequel(s)?
Jun 19th, 2005 09:30 PM

Hello... calling card?

AChimp This movie rocked. It's better than the 1989 movie (although I still think that one and Batman Returns were damn good). Judging by the end of this one, it looks like they're going to forget that the first movies ever existed.

Hopefully if this series gets off the ground they won't turn it into a shitfest for kids.

I never used to think that, and I still ove Jack Nicholson's Joker, but after seeing what Christian Bale can do with the character, Michael Keaton's performance seemed really dull and one-dimensional.
