Jay | Its something like Staletto, I know i spelt that wrong but you get the idea. I don't know if its the same episode that your talking about, but there was one where Barron used some Dream machine to capture DM and Penfold, and in one scene they turn into birds. This yelded one of the best lines from a cartoon ever: "Keep your pecker up!". Just classic... |

"Stilettooooo..." "Yes, Baroni?" I loved Dangermouse! It was much better than "Cats"! I wish I could see it again and again! I don't remember many plots though. One time the Baron imprisoned DM and Penfold in some sort of weird dimension where reality corresponded to Penfold's words. Before locking them in, the Baron said, "Penfold, whatever you do, don't say 'rock.'" And Penfold said, "Rock?" And a huge rock fell out of the sky and landed on DM. In another, the two heroes somehow traveled past the edge of the universe. What's out there? Lots of floating surrealist clip art. "Cor, chief!" Anyone remember the fat henchcrow's name? I never could get into Duckula or Bananaman quite as much. |

they have episodes on IRC, #brit_toons on AtomicChat. They also got Count Duckula, Bananaman and some Dangermouse episodes. They have a reagon 2 DVD, and there are also some Reagon 0 DVDs on the net. There are also the VHS tapes, around 5 volumes w/ 3 episodes each. Check eBay and Half.com for those. I just downloaded the Piolet episode 'The Lost Chord", and it is really strange. Dangermouse and Penfold have diffrent voices, and the Barron's last name is changed from Greenback to Greentooth. But other then that it is classic DM. I think Nick should create a retro cartoon station, kinda like that one cartoon network has, only not. I would definitly pay to see that. |

Bennett | I would love if they played the old episodes, or DVD'ed them, but if they remake it... I will then know on what day my killing spree begins. |

I really, really, REALLY hope they don't bring this back, nor remake it. No. NO!!!!! Dangermouse is an absolute classic, not a cash cow. |

![]() Finally, something I know about!! I didn't think Dangermouse would be shown in the US. They were all made at the animation company round the corner from me. (Cosgrove Hall - UK). Don't s'pose you got bananaman? |

Anyone Remember Dangermouse? I've been downloading episodes off IRC at 6k/sec all day. I remember I used to love this cartoon. The best part would have to be the whole eyes-in-the-dark scenes, cus you knew some serious shit was about to go down. Then there was the Whole Count Duckula spin-off..ahh..greatness!! They need to bring this cartoon back! SCREW YU-GI-OH! |
