huckabees is the name of the store that jude law's and naomi watts' characters work for, the company that's threatening the future of THE rock.

i've gotta get a copy, so i can do the lines, too. :O will you get me one of those $5 copies, buddha, and send it if i pay ya?? huh??

i found the philosophy in it entirely too watered down, i kept getting the impression that no one knew what they were talking about beyond what their line said.
That said, i thought it was hilarious.

Spectre X That's okay, neither do I. I'm not even good with them.
Nov 19th, 2005 10:27 AM
sadie that jutting chin, that bulging forehead, that orange skin, i'm okay with. but i don't dig guns.
Nov 19th, 2005 07:00 AM
Spectre X Are you open-minded enough to love me?

Also, this sounds like a very fun movie.
Nov 18th, 2005 09:51 PM
sadie you know how open-minded i am? open-minded enough to like--no LOVE--james fortner. and i don't even know who the hell james fortner is! that's fucking open-minded. so you just shut up, mister.

You think that I'm shallow and stupid because I didn't like the same movie that you did?? Yeah, that's keeping an open mind.

ScruU2wice I rented this movie the day before my dad died and I never felt like watching it, since then. maybe someday

sadie the blanket analogy was cool. and the tree vision. and the red ball.

and i loved the opening scene, with jason going through the maze of corridors trying to find the agency. even though i rented it, there was a features dvd in the box, and the director and jason were talking in the commentary about how they kept shooting the same hallways and doors over and over. but it looks so real. and jason looks so frustrated.

Rez first time i saw it i watched it again and then went to bed at 4 am.

that movie is total comedy cred to watts and wahlberg, hoffman is the most hilarious i've ever seen him, and i was so glad to see jason schwartzmann again. isabelle huppert was a trip though, i wasnt expecting that since i first saw it through netflix.

anyway, it's a great movie.
