| camacazio | Today I was working through some concepts in relation to acousto-optical modulators. I currently am constructing boxes of RF electronics using BNC connectors--specifically RF switches and amplifiers. Sending the amplifiers into the modulators produce high powered sound waves causing brillouin scattering. Sending a laser through the modulator causes a diffraction in the laser light, the principle maximum being used as a deflected laser ray. The switches and amps allow high speed switching between different levels of power through the modulators. This in turn gives very fast control over the direction of light--much easier than adjusting mirrors by hand or using a bunch of different lasers. I'm not really sure what our lab needs all that junk for though. | |

Hmm, sounds like: "We actually met in person and then he moved away to be with his family" He's married, and was only traveling thru town when you two met up in a bar to have teh seckes. this would explain your "How far have you gone" thread.. "There is a lady out there that has been showing him lots of interest" He found somebody new to fool around with (affair) and it's far more convenient location wise. (and for fear of having his tire's on his 18 wheeler "knifed") |

Make me laugh! Plz My boyfriend and I are taking a sabbatical from each other. He lives in Vegas and this long distance thing currently isn't working out. We actually met in person and then he moved away to be with his family and there were other circumstances at play too. He has lots of opportunities and there is a lady out there that has been showing him lots of interest. We talked about it and we both feel this is the best thing to do for the time being. I feel like shit. So say mocking things so I can have a laugh! |
