Grislygus He stands like a statue,
Becomes part of the machine;
Feeling all the bumpers,
Always playing clean;
He plays by intuition,
The digits always fall;
That deaf, dumb and blind kid...
Sure plays a mean pinball!

DamnthatDavid Ever since I was a young boy,
I've played the silver ball.
From Soho down to Brighton
I must have played them all.
But I ain't seen nothing like him
In any amusement hall...
That deaf dumb and blind kid
Sure plays a mean pin ball !

Hickabod The pinball machine is the last chance for arcades. All these X-Box, and PlayStations have all but wiped out the days of blowing your allowance on Defender and/or KickMan.

The Nightmare on Elm Street machine is at my local watering hole and whenever we say something stupid or mean Freddy does his signature laugh. Sometimes when someone says something stupid, the little kids do their Nah-Nah thing and we all share a laugh.

We often talk about how that machine should be cast in some sitcom as the laugh track because it's scarily on the mark.

Dire Flamingo A family friend of ours owns a little gallery of old/rare pinball machines you can play. I'll have to take some pictures next time we go.

THE HORRORS OF PINBALL!

Here's my latest blog post featuring some of my favorite horror-themed pinball machines. I've never given pinball machines the credit they deserve - always turning my attention to arcade machines, so I figured now was as good a time as any to feature a few of the best ones out there.
