Crimson Ghost | You should get a team of squirrels to pull you on a sled.

I've always wanted a Baja because it has the low ground clearance that is all the rage these days. I don't even like lowriders. You have my gratitude, my friend. Serving your country is a hard feat and one of a person's greatest honours. I applaud you. |

soundtest | I worked with an American who was in the military before. He said that on xmas his drill sgt. said, "Alright men, you've worked hard, and I know it's tough being away from your loved ones over the holidays. So Uncle Sam has a president for you. He's giving you muscles. 100 extra push-ups maggots!!!" i lol'd

1 Week Left Well, I must say, GOD DAMN, I'm getting nervous. this ain't like any new job. I don't think my mind has fully grasped the implications of going to basic training. I can watch Full Metal Jacket dozens of times and have yet to think of "soon to be me" state of mind. I think I'm in denial about me leaving exactly 7 days from now. I can imagine myself at 12:00 next sunday stepping out of my house, and driving up to Seattle, but beyond that... on the upside, I going to have money for a new car. Anyone have any suggestions? I go hiking alot, so the car has to be able to travel off road easily. I keep looking at a Subaru Baja. |
