Kristi Goldstein was sentenced last week to 37 months in prison for her role in the plot. Samuel Valiant Shannahan, who pled guilty to being part of the conspiracy to attack Islamic targets, has not been sentenced yet.
If it had been an Arab planning to blow up synagogues, it would have been plastered all over the media and he would have been surreptitiously tried and given a disappearing act (probably to the Guantanamo concentration camps to rot or be executed).

Yet, in this case no charges are filed that are demanded under the PATRIOT Act.
