Great movie, better stage play. The effeminate fellow who played Hedwig was also the writer/director. Great soundtrack as well. For some reason, the soundtrack was pretty popular in South Korea a year later - I went to many bars and clubs where 'Gravity of Love' was played late into the night. Meat Loaf covered 'Tear Me Down' on his last album as well. |

DeadKennedys | I thought it was a pretty damn good movie, and I actually really liked the soundtrack. Why did that gruff dude with the bandana have such a girly voice. Sex change? |

Hedwig I know it came out in 2001 but I just saw this shutup. I usually hate music oriented movies and movies based around love but this movie, being both, was very excellent. It was funny, nice, and wasn't lazy with any part of it. Mostly it was very different and I liked the style and the restaraunt enviroments that I found very familliar and silly. |
