pjalne That's the only reason I'm bothering watching that sequel. Well, I did like Depp in the first, but Skarsgård makes me less conflicted abut watching the sequel to a movie I didn't like in the first place. He really is an awesome actor, and I've been trying to convince my friends he is for years.

Skarsgård was my favorite, his character was very chilling, not the kind of guy you'd want to come across in a dark alley, and he did him very well. I just wish his part had been larger.

I even liked the rest of the movie alot. Arthur was too nasal and so he didn't exactly seem the part sometimes, but one of his knights (don't remember which one) was I'm almost sure the human voice from the mission briefings in Warcraft II.

Also, Skarsgård will be playing Bootstrap Bill Turner in the next Pirates of the Caribbean out next year...

Blood Serpent Actually on http://www.mi6.co.uk/, Clive Owen is slated to announce himself as the the new James Bond.

As for the scripting on most of Bronson`s movies, the only good script was The World Is Not Enough. The World is Not Enough is to Bronson as Goldfinger is to Sean Connery and The Spy Who Loved me is to Roger Moore. Kinda funny its the usually the third movie that makes them uber popular.

pjalne I want to like Owen, but I've only seen him in Arthur and the Sin City trailers, and I liked him in neither. But Arthur was plain shit anyway (except Skarsgaard, who was good despite an underwritten character), and I won't judge anything by the trailer except Uwe Boll's stuff.

But 'next Bond' rumors are worthless anyway. There's a chance this one is correct seeing how soon the next movie will be shot, but there's been about twenty 'OMG, seriously, this guy is DEFINITELY BOND' reports the last year, and none have had any substance.

And Brosnan could have been good, but the scripts have been rubbish.

Emu Why'd he get fired, exactly?

Blood Serpent He wasn`t that bad. I mean, his movies are pretty good. Its the writers that are to blame due to weak scripting (A good example that was shown in Tommorow Never Dies and Die Another Day.)

Rumored Next James Bond: Clive Owen

Since Pierce Bronson was recently fired from EON productions, the next James Bond is slated to be King Arthur`s Clive Owen for Casino Royale (due to be released in theaters Nov. 2006)
