ScruU2wice | If you consider Kerry a war criminal for what happened in Vietnam, why aren't you calling everyone who shot anyone in vietnam a war criminal. Vietnam was the first front where the enemies weren't men in the prime of their life but virtually every single person that wasn't an American soldier. People torched villages and wrought unimaginable amounts of destruction in the name of America. Kerry admitted that this was wrong. I'm not going to take sides on the justification of a war I just think it's unfathomably ignorant for some one who admitted these things were wrong and than get it twisted around to fucking "admitting he was a war criminal."

I'm totally willing to admit that I don't know much about what happens when you fire a gun, so explain this magic bullet theory to us. Did the bullet lose parts of itself while being fired, thus -thoroughly- wounding Kerry (we're not talking about a little burn wound here, right?), yet still hit this kid in the back? I mean, I suppose it's possible that a bullet does something wonky, but I'm used to them either getting fired, not getting fired, or in a very rare case, exploding in the chamber. Or did Kerry shoot the kid at the very instant when he turned to run away from the flip-flopping devil who meant to shoot him and *possibly* have his way with him, thus allowing him to shoot the kid at point blank range and getting hit from some impact debris? Or did he just shoot the kid from a distance, and shrapnel was propelled back at him at such a velocity that it not only reached him but also managed to wound him? In this case, was the kid wearing a forcefield? |

So we have two candidates both of whom are war criminals. One of them is wiling to admit it and commited his crimes while serving voluntarily in vietnam. The other does his killing from the comfort of the Whitehouse and wouldn't take the blame if he fell on someone, let alobe was directly responsible for thousands of civillian deaths. Naldo: W IS THE EXCUSE PRESIDENT!! KERRY WILL OBVIOUSLY WIN!!! KNKF!! |

Also, take a look at this disturbing bit of news for the Democrats: Kerry is in every deeper trouble now, as a recent GALLUP poll finds him even lower in relation to seemingly unrelated things and people. Dolph Lundgren: 88 (2000) Tony Danza: 83 (2000) Johnnie 5: 76 (1993) Backstreet Boys: 73 (1998) Yahoo Serious: 49 (1993) Hotmail: 47 (1996) Pencil Shavings: 45 (2003) Tomatoes, as a fruit: 38 (2003) Shub Niggurath: 38 (1927) John Kerry: 36 (2004) Ricky Martin: 36 (1997) WWII: 35 (1996) Dennis Kucinich: 2 (2003) Critics say that unless John Kerry can elevate himself beyond The Black Goat with a Thousand Young, his campaign may be headed for disaster. |

Chojin, the kid was running away.... You know, Kerry is a self proclaimed war criminal..... Did you know that? |
|

Preechr | Ummm... That was actually the Silver Star, which later had a Flying V on it though none of those were ever issued... and the after action report was filed by Kerry and supposedly signed off on by someone who now denies it... or something...

Ronnie Raygun | Geez, you people are so ignorant. People get hit by bullet fragments all the time in warfare...especially at close range.

FS | WTF. Can we get a ballistics expert in here? I'm thinking that would require you to practically shoot THROUGH YOUR OWN ARM.

So, the kid was running away and limping, kerry opens fire on him, and the bullets explode on contact, sending 'bullet shrapnel' into kerry's arm. I don't think even Ranxer would believe that. |

"I don't understand how ho-ing down a child fleeing in a wheelchair results in a self-inflicted injury." - Cho He wasn't in a wheelchair and he was hit by his own bullet fragments during the incedent. That's what caused the scratch on his arm. |

Ronnie Raygun | Well, at least he didn't shoot an injured boy in the back as he was running away and then lie about it to get a purple heart for his self inflicted injury.
