kahljorn i saw a psychic once and i just had the feeling that smoke was being blown up my asshole but not coming out my mouth and that's not a very good magic trick at all.

Grislygus One of the more endearing 'psychic' sheisters of our time.

kahljorn Who's Uri Geller?

Grislygus So do I. But when it's in "official" book form (one that was praised by various legitimate news magazines, no less) it instantly becomes interesting.

Besides... Uri Geller.

Grislygus Read it. It starts off a little wierd, then it just devolves into complete silliness. It's like the political equivalent of the Weekly World News.

The Men Who Stare At Goats

I imagine most of you have all read this already, but but just in case some of you haven't, this book is awesome.

Exploring "hidden military history" and "the most whacked-out corners of George W. Bush's War on Terror", it covers everything from secret space agencies to the "reactivated" supersecret psychic government agent Uri Geller. It's quite a read.
